Frequently asked questions.
Where are you based?
I am based in Surrey, London. I travel all around the UK and overseas.
What is the booking process?
After your enquiry, I will be in touch with you and we can talk through what package you would like to go for. If you decide to go ahead and book me for your event, I will require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. I will then email you an invoice for the outstanding amount and the contract to sign. The contract will have all the extra information you will need, including T&C's.
How far in advance should we book?
It's recommended to book as early as possible to secure your dates. I will require your venue and date before booking.
Do you provide your own sound equipment?
Yes I provide my own professional sound equipment, including microphones, speakers, and a mixer. All of my equipment is PAT tested and I carry public liability insurance, which I can provide if the venue requires it.
Can we choose our songs for our wedding?
I have a long list of songs that I have learnt that I can provide to you once you have secured your booking. For a wedding, I will learn your aisle song, exit song and first dance songs. Any additional songs I can learn but this will need to be discussed.
How early will you need to arrive to set up?
I will always arrive to the venue 1-2 hours before the event starts. I like to have the time to set up all my equipment, meet the staff at the venue and have time to sound check.
Do you charge extra for travel?
Yes I will charge a fee per mile. I will include any travel costs in your custom quote.
